Ring Out for Art 2019

Ring Out for Art sculptures have arrived on the north side of the Greene County Courthouse.  The four sculptures were selected by members of this committee with approval by sponsor Home State Bank and the board of supervisors.  These sculptures have drawn visitors into the community to take a close look.  The artists will be available during the Art Stroll on May 30 to share about their pieces.

The four selected sculptures:

Hilde DeBruyne from Cummings, Iowa – Circle of Trust

Curt Swarm from Mt. Pleasant, Iowa- Whooping Crane and North Star

Anna Modeland from Boone, Iowa – Flight to Reality

Home State Bank is once again the monetary sponsor for this fun event with each piece selected receiving a $1000 stipend. Tower View Team appreciates their continued support. There will not be a popular vote as in previous years.

Following the Bell Tower Festival, the sculptures will be moved to the south side on the Bell Tower Plaza through October and then moved to a location for the remainder of the year.
