New 4-H Member Drive Thru

Interested in joining 4-H or want to know more about the program? Come discover what 4-H is all about! Pick up some 4-H To Go Kits, tour of the Greene County Fairgrounds and talk with current 4-H’ers, club leaders and volunteers. The come and go event will take place on Saturday, December 5th from 3:00-4:00pm.

According to Kayla Willms, County Youth and 4-H Coordinator for Greene County Extension, the afternoon will be a fun way to help new members or someone who is interested in joining 4-H feel a part of the organization that focuses on positive youth development.  “You do not have to be currently enrolled in 4-H to attend this event, please RSVP to come ask questions and learn more about Greene County 4-H,” said Willms. The event is a joint effort between the Greene County 4-H Youth Development Program Committee and the Greene County 4-H Young Leaders.

The event is free, but to get a good head count, reservations are requested by Friday, December 4th.  To RSVP contact Kayla Willms at 515-386-2138 or khyett@iastate.edu.
