Main Street Iowa offers free Marketing 3-4-5 workshop in Jefferson

Main Street Iowa Engages Locable for Local Marketing Workshop Series

Bringing Marketing 3-4-5™ to five up and coming Iowa communities

Folsom, CA: Main Street Iowa (part of Iowa Economic Development) is working with Locable to conduct their 90-minute Marketing 3-4-5™ workshops in 5 Iowa communities. The goal: empower local businesses, nonprofits and civic organizations in the communities they support to become more effective marketers and better compete in today’s digital landscape.

“Communication remains one of the most important ingredients of success for local revitalization efforts….Through our partnership with Locable, we hope to provide on-the-ground training and support for local Main Street communication and marketing strategies.” – Michael Wagler, Main Street Iowa State Coordinator

“We are interested in organizations and businesses in Jefferson/Greene County working together to coordinate and promote each other through our websites and social media..” Peg Raney – Jefferson Matters: Main Street.

Locable CEO Brian Ostrovsky will be in Jefferson on Thursday, July 18th at the Greene County Community Center to present the free workshop.  The morning workshop will begin at 9:30 AM and include guiding attendees through a marketing exercise to create a marketing and content plan based on the Marketing 3-4-5 framework™ and related workbook.

The visit will also include an opportunity for one-on-one marketing consultation at the Jefferson Matters: Main Street office during the afternoon by appointment. Contact Peg Raney at director@jeffersonmatters.org to register for the morning workshop or to sign up for a 30 minute one-on-one consultation.

“Local businesses notoriously struggle with marketing, and it’s getting worse. With our Marketing 3-4-5 workshop, we make business owners better marketers in the first 5-minutes then share a few secrets and help them craft a plan-of-action that they feel is right for them.” – Brian Ostrovsky, CEO Locable

About Locable: Locable offers a web platform that simplifies local marketing and automates cross-promotion for local businesses, nonprofits, and civic organizations.
