JMMS Presents Business After Hours

The Business Improvement Committee of Jefferson Matters: Main Street will be hosting “Business After Hours” on Monday, March 17, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Elk’s Lodge in Jefferson.

The event will begin with a social time followed by a program at 5:30 p.m. presented by
Colleen Nelson, director of Main Street Manning. She will discuss the downtown revitalization program in Manning. The city of Manning, business owners and Main Street Manning worked together to secure a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for downtown revitalization to fund renovation of their downtown storefronts.

The social time will continue after the program. The event is open to the public at no charge. There will be complimentary hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar.

For additional information, contact Jefferson Matters: Main Street at 515-386-3585 or email director@jeffersonmatters.org.
