Dr. Holly Van de Voort of Greene County Family Medicine Relocating to Georgia

Dr. Holly Van de Vort’s medical career is returning her to Georgia where she will be practicing pediatrics. Van de Voort is a native of Pella but spent her adolescent years growing up in Georgia. Like Iowa, she calls Georgia home also.

“I have greatly enjoyed practicing pediatric health care services in the Greene County Family Medicine Clinic and serving so many wonderful patients,” she stated. “Though I am sad to leave, I have faith my colleagues will continue to provide outstanding care to the patients of Greene County and neighboring communities.”

Van de Voort’s last day at the Greene County Family Medicine Clinic is August 27, 2021. Appointments can be made with Dr. Van de Voort through August by calling 515-386-0500. The following providers at the Greene County Family Medicine Clinic are also available to see patients, including pediatric patients: Dr. Laurie Connolly, Dr. Thomas Fagg, Sara Fleecs, ARNP and Diana Smith, ARNP.

Due to the relocation of Dr. Holly Van de Voort, Greene County Family Medicine Clinic is actively recruiting for an additional family practice provider to serve our patients.
