This February, Tower View Team of Jefferson Matters: Main Street will create a Sweetheart Tree on the grounds of the Greene County Courthouse. This tree will have doily snowflakes and hearts on it.
To include the community, we are asking people to tell us the answer to one of the following questions: Who Do You Love In Jefferson? Why Do You Love Jefferson? What Do You Love In Jefferson? After you write your answer, put the heart in the Valentine bag. These will be located at Greene Bean Coffee, the Jefferson Public Library, Homestead Coffee & Bakery and Bunker’s Dunkers. This part of the project will last from Jan. 30 – Feb. 14.
Tower View Team will then gather up the hearts and create a lovin’ art display in one of the store windows in the Main Street District sharing all that love with the community for the rest of February.
