Jefferson Matters: Main Street will be serving pie, ice cream and lemonade or coffee at the last Greene County Farmers Market of the 2014 season on Tuesday, Sept. 30. This last market of the season has been dubbed, “Putting the Farmers Market to Bed, Sweet Dreams.” The pie and beverage is being coordinated by the Organization Committee of Jefferson Matters: Main Street.
Volunteers of Jefferson Matters: Main Street will also be selling the new Jefferson Matters: Main Street t-shirts that debuted at the Bell Tower Festival in June.
Greene County Farmers Market is held from 4 to 6:30 p.m. on the east side of the courthouse.

Visitors seeking information about downtown Jefferson are encouraged to visit the office at 110 West Lincoln Way in the restored “5 Spot Hamburger Shop” historic building.
