Challenge Grant through Main Street Iowa

The following grant is available because Jefferson is a Main Street Iowa community. One applicant per year will be selected by the Economic Vitality Team to apply with up to $100,000 for a matching grant available through Main Street Iowa. The building must be located in Jefferson’s Main Street District. Priorities are upper story housing with a traffic generating business on the first floor.
