Toddler Fest at the Rec Center

Everything is Ducky in Downtown is the theme of Jefferson Matters: Main Street’s promotion committee booth at the Toddler Fest.  Rubber ducks will be floating in a pool and toddlers can pick one.  There will be a savings on the bottom that is good at one of the participating downtown businesses.  Enjoy this time with your toddler!
