Caught Shopping Small!

On Small Business Saturday, the Promotion Team acted as elves by catching people shopping in the downtown businesses and giving them a gift. A Jeff from Jefferson Bucks gift certificate of $5 that could be used in any of the Main Street District businesses was presented to several lucky shoppers.

Several other days, Promotion Team members found people shopping local and gave more Jeff Buck certificates. A total of $100 was gifted to the shoppers who were delighted with their certificate.

Rosie Tucker from Sensibly Chic reported that someone turned right around a purchased something they had been eyeing previously.

The Promotion Team wants to encourage everyone to consider Jefferson merchants first when shopping through the holidays.
