There is an urgent need for area employers to secure high performing and reliable employees for the numerous job openings in our community. This group is working on a collaborative effort to provide a career readiness program that will address YOUR employee needs. Please see the survey at the link below, this will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.  The more detailed information that you share, the better information we have to guide the participants.
