With our programming, museum and special events, we not only preserve the history of our county in west central Iowa, we make it come alive again! Our Greene County Historical Museum is located at 219 East Lincoln Way in Jefferson. Museum hours are on Wednesdays from 1 to 4 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, from May 1 through October, and by appointment at (515) 386-8544.
