Ring Out for Art winners picked at festival

The first annual Ring Out for Art contest for Jefferson Matters: Main Street and Home State Bank brought many residents and visitors out to view the five entries displayed in the courthouse lawn from May 15 through the Bell Tower Festival.  During the festival, viewers were able to vote for their favorite at the Main Street booth.  The top 3 winners were moved to the Bell Tower Plaza and will stay on display until next May when the next Ring Out for Art sculptures will be chosen and brought to Jefferson.

First place prize of $2,000 was awarded to Tim Adams of Webster City, IA.
