New Christmas decorations for downtown

A group of talented Design members proposed new LED lit snowflakes to accompany the beautiful Joy in Jefferson banners in the downtown to the City Council.  With a substantial discount if ordered soon, 32 snowflakes were ordered and will be installed by the streets crew for the holidays of 2019. The City Council had asked for a recommendation to update the downtown decorations with funds already set aside for this project.
