City View on State update

The weather has cleared so plan to see more progress on the properties that the City has acquired.  City View on State is 200 E State.  Thanks to volunteers under the direction of Nick Sorensen, demo of the office spaces on the street level has begun to reveal tin ceilings and a large open concept.  The windows on the upper story had been installed earlier, but March 20 brought the opportunity to install the windows on the lower level along Chestnut.  The large windows allow for light to come in which make for a great corner location for a small business.  Watch for continued progress on this building prior to the Available Buildings Tour on April 25 & April 27.
