Cash Mob on Oct. 15

Jefferson Matters: Main Street’s promotion committee has organized another popular Cash Mob to infuse cash into several downtown businesses in a few hours. On Saturday, October 15, people of all ages are welcome to meet at the Main Street Office at 110 W. Lincoln Way at 9:45 a.m. The group will walk to Bunker’s Dunkers for donuts and coffee. All will then proceed to Skeeter Creek Fabricators Art & Antiques at 104 E State with a vow to spend $20 each. Receipts will be placed in a drawing for $25 of Chamber Bucks.

Skeeter Creek celebrated their first anniversary in June and has been a wonderful eclectic mix of consignment art and antiques in the area. This is a great opportunity to check out this unique shop in downtown Jefferson. The promotion committee wants to encourage residents to become aware of what our local shops have to offer.
